High-Resolution Panchromatic Sensor
The 12.4 MP panchromatic sensor enables pan-sharpening of multispectral imagery, achieving 1.25 cm per pixel ground resolution when flying at 60 m — significantly increasing the spatial detail available for precision analysis and plant-level applications.
Built-In Thermal Sensor
The integrated 320×256 FLIR Boson® thermal sensor delivers accurate thermal maps at a GSD of 17 cm from 60 m flight altitude for crop stress detection and field-level temperature analysis.

Each MicaSense Altum-PT kit includes a Reflectance Panel for ground calibration and a DLS2 light sensor for irradiance and sun angle measurements — providing accurate, reliable data for time series analysis and comparable outputs over time.
