With a single-drone payload capacity of up to 200 kg, long-range operation, advanced obstacle sensing, and DJI's enhanced O4 image transmission system, the DJI FlyCart 200 drone is built for serious cargo movement in complex environments. For larger lifting requirements, coordinated multi-drone capability allows multiple aircraft to work together under one operator.

Heavy-Lift Cargo Performance

The FlyCart 200 transports bulky and heavy materials including construction supplies, emergency rescue equipment, agricultural materials, tools, and industrial payloads. With up to 200 kg of lifting capacity on a single unit, it supports operations that would otherwise require manual transport, road access, or specialized equipment — particularly valuable for remote job sites, mountainous terrain, and post-disaster response.

Multi-Drone Formation Lifting

A single operator can control up to four drones in coordinated formation. In a 4-drone formation, the system supports a combined lifting capacity of up to 600 kg — suitable for oversized materials and mission-critical deliveries that exceed the capacity of a single aircraft.

Long-Range Flight Performance

Maximum flight distance of up to 36 km with no payload and up to 10 km with a full payload. DJI O4 Image Transmission Enhanced Version provides a maximum effective signal distance of up to 40 km in FCC environments for reliable command and control.

High-Altitude and Harsh Environment Operation

Operating temperature range of -20°C to 40°C, IP55 protection, and a maximum flight altitude of 6,000 m. Full 200 kg payload capacity maintained up to 3,000 m, with up to 140 kg at 6,000 m altitude.

Advanced Safety and Obstacle Sensing

Millimeter-wave radar, LiDAR, fisheye vision, dual FPV cameras, and rear binocular vision for obstacle detection and safer navigation. Parachute option with automatic and manual opening modes and a minimum safe opening height of 100 m.

Flexible Cargo Handling Systems

  • DJI FC200 Flagship Air Suspension System: 200 kg load capacity, 0–30 m cable length, anti-sway functionality, weighing support, one-click expansion and contraction, and active hook control
  • DL200 Hoisting System: 200 kg load capacity, 15 m rope length, anti-sway support, weighing functionality, and emergency escape mode
