Repairs are performed through authorised DJI service centres using genuine DJI replacement parts. If a repair is not possible or practical, the damaged unit may be replaced with a new or technically equivalent product in accordance with DJI's service terms.

12-Month Protection

The plan provides 12 months of coverage from activation. Coverage can be extended for up to two additional consecutive 12-month periods, allowing a total protection period of up to 36 months, subject to applicable DJI service terms.
